Updating Personal and Customer Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Personal and Customer Information. However, we rely on Individual Users and Customers to update information as needed. Should an Individual User or Customer wish to edit or delete any information please contact us.
Our website may contain links to external websites that support Our mission and may be of interest to Our Customers and Individual Users. Such links are provided as a courtesy and convenience only. The inclusion of any links to other websites does not constitute support for, or endorsement of, any organization, or the opinion, product or service of any linked website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, accuracy, legality or any costs which may be incurred using or accessing a linked website. We are not responsible for information collected by or from websites linked to or from Our website. We reserve the right to add or remove links at any time for any reason.
Off Site Hosting Services
We may contract with third party partners to host our website and Applications on off-site servers (“Hosting”), which may be located anywhere in the world (“Service Partners”). Such Hosting service is provided with the express agreement of Our Customer. Our Service Partners’ activities are limited to hosting Our website, Applications and Customer databases. Any information required to provide and maintain the Hosting service is provided on a confidential basis. Our Service Partners have no authority to sell, share, use, license, rent or distribute Personal, Non-Personal or Customer Information. In the event our Service Partners violate confidentiality we may terminate our business relationship with them and seek other legal remedies.
We have reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures in place to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal, Non-Personal and Customer Information in Our possession. We routinely review data collection, storage and process practices, security measures, and physical security to guard against unauthorized access to systems where information is stored. We cannot claim responsibility for unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of information on Customer servers or Hosted servers. While no computer system is secure, we believe the measures implemented reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
Access to Personal Information we hold or obtain is restricted to employees, contractors, and agents on a need-to-know basis to operate, develop, and improve Our products and services. Such employees, contractors, and agents are bound by confidentiality and subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution.
We cannot guarantee the security of e-mail messages while in transit. It is possible for e-mails to be intercepted in transit by unauthorized individuals and organizations. For this reason, We discourage the transmission by email of any information deemed sensitive.
We use virus protection software on our computer systems and regularly update such software. This is a computer security measure that, in addition to maintaining Our computer systems, also ensures that all files We develop and/or post on Our web servers are virus-free. When a Customer or Individual User requests a file or download from Our website, it is possible, though unlikely, that the data may contract a virus and become corrupted before it reaches a Customer or Individual User’s computer. We are not responsible for files that may become corrupted as data travels the internet.
